Below is just a list of what is typically available as our season progresses, but is just a tiny showcase as we have hundreds of types of flowers each in many many colours and varieties of their own. We hand select the best flowers available to ensure a beautiful cohesive mix.

There are two bucket choices, DIY Designer Pail & DIY Greenery Pail. DIY Buckets are the best of what is available the week of your event, inspired by the seasons, and curated in your event colour palette and esthetics. With hundred of types of flowers on our farm, each in many many colours and varieties of their own, we have an abundant selection of florals to choose from. We fill buckets by colour scheme and esthetic rather than specific flower requests. Although we love to know what you like and don’t like so we are mindful when selecting your flowers.
We prioritize and harvest our flowers and elements directly from our farm or local flower farmer friends, because of this we cannot promise particular flower types will be available for your event. Seasonal blooms means whatever is currently blooming in the fields. Due to changing weather patterns, we cannot guarantee specific flowers.
No consultations are available for Bulk Flowers.
All DIY Pails come with a flower care, handling and design tips sheet, attached to your pail on pick up.
*** If you are wanting to order any pre-made wedding pieces such as bouquets, corsages etc. you will be able to add 'DIY designer Pails and bulk flowers' through the a la carte menu ordering. ***
Please Note: We only offer Wedding & Event Florals, and DIY Designer Pails July - October, while our fields and flowers are at their peak.

Wedding flowers should be joyful—not stressful. Come to the farm, pick your blooms, and create meaningful florals with the people you love. If you are a relaxed bride and looking for more of the experience of picking and designing your own wedding bouquets, our U-Pick garden is open seasonally for you to pick each individual stem and design yourself. You can bring along pails to pick your own and bring home, or you can pick and set up at one of our picnic tables and create your pieces right in our field. (Water & clippers are provided for use at our U-Pick Stand). Selection does vary day to day depending on the weather, time of season and what other guests have picked. We can not guarantee or promise any particular stems will be in the field. Late July - Early September our field is at it's peak and you will find the most abundant selection of flowers.
Special Notes:
(It is important to use our provided water which has a special hydrating solution for the flowers, please use in any vases or pails you bring... be sure to bring disinfected pails/vases and get your flowers into water immediately as you pick.)
Please double check our social media for our U-Pick hours... the field opens late June-early July (dependent on mother nature, we always hope for earlier but sometimes may not be till the second week of July if a cold spring.) The U-pick remains open until we have a frost, typically mid/late September.

A handpicked collection of blooms curated in a cohesive colour palette and vibe to match your event. Our buckets will be loaded with fresh flowers including some premium focal flowers.
Our DIY designer pails are filled with 100 stems.
Your bucket will represent the best of the season at the time of picking your order and will be custom picked and curated to your colour palette and esthetic. We use the same ratios we consider when making a bouquet. Some possible ingredients are:
25% Focal Flowers - The stars of your arrangement, larger singular blooms: (dahlias, lissianthus, sunflowers, peonies, zinnias, chrysanthemums etc.)
50% Filler/Accent Flowers - Blooms that add volume & texture, unique stems that bring character and movement: (snapdragons, Amaranthus, cosmos, delphinium, celosia, gomphrena, yarrow, scabiosa, Salvia, Lavender, phlox, nigella, rudbeckia, marigolds, strawflower etc.)
25% Greenery/Filler - The finishing touch for a polished natural look and soften the edges of your designs.(cress, basil, statice, dusty miller, fennel, Mahogany splendor, willow etc.)
** These are the ratios we use, but these are just list of sample flowers we may choose from, from the hundreds we have to choose from.
Please note that premium focal flowers are included in the DIY buckets, however if full buckets of these large focal flowers are desired, they must be purchased separately. Additional premium flowers are sold per 10 stem bunch. They are available for order under 'Bulk Flowers'
Cost: $95

A curated pail of fresh, seasonal greenery/Foliage harvested from our farm, intended for do-it-yourself use. Each pail includes a mix of foliage selected for texture, movement, and versatility - ideal for table styling, bud vases, signage accents, or other personal floral touches.
Our DIY Greenery pails are filled with 50-65 stems.
(Some stems will be branched and you are able to break into smaller pieces for shorter and smaller designs.)
Our DIY Greenery Pail allows you to specify the colour of greenery you are looking for by: Gray-green, bright greens, Mixed Greens, green+ burgundies.
Greenery varieties will be chosen based on seasonal availability and may vary. Depending on your colour palette and seasonal availability we may add in other canadian grown greens to round out your pail to ensure the best and fullest pail possible for you.
Cost: $85
This is a tricky one. The amount of flowers you need will depend on the style of arrangements you are planning to create. For Example, one person may use 30 stems in a larger mouthed container, while others may simply use 5 stems in a bottle/vase. On Average, One 100 stem bucket will provide 6-8 quart mason jar centerpieces. (If we know what you are creating and quantities of each item you are creating we try to pick according this for your order. You would note this when you fill out the 'intake questionnaire' or when we call to confirm/finalize details of your order.
Bring your own buckets or borrow and return ours to the farm. If you are bringing your own buckets PLEASE ensure they are VERY clean prior to your arrival.( a good scrub with soap, then disinfect with bleach or vinegar after wards and a really good rinse afterwards). You are responsible for your flowers once they leave, a dirty bucket can kill flowers before you even get to arrange them. Once you've picked up your blooms, be sure to store them in a cool place, out of direct sunlight, and add extra water to the buckets as needed until you're ready to arrange them. Water in buckets leaving the farm have a special flower holding solution added, to keep your flowers happy and extra fresh. Do not drink this water.
No, however our DIY Designer pails are the best of what is available the week of your event, inspired by the seasons, and curated in your event colour palette and esthetics. Seasonal blooms means whatever is currently blooming in the fields. Due to changing weather patterns, we cannot guarantee specific flowers.
DIY Designer pails & bulk bunches we usually suggest picking up 1-2 days before your event. All flowers are picked and created fresh for your event and will last several days. We always suggest a dark and cool basement for storing your wedding flowers. Certainly keep away from any very warm areas of your home and direct sunlight.
Please know that all fridges are not an even temperature throughout the fridge, typically you want to avoid storing florals in the back of the fridge where it can be the coldest and their is a higher risk of freezing. Rental cooler trailers will have colder areas in them as well. Keep a close eye on temperatures and monitoring in advance of pickup can relieve stress if you are wanting to store in a cooler. White flowers are the most prone to showing freezing, turning a brown shade slowly after being removed. (Flowers should never be stored in temperatures below 5 degrees. The optimal fridge temperature is 5-7 degrees).
Keep your eye on water levels of any flowers in a vase or in floral foam. The flowers are fresh and thirsty and will most likely need a top up of fresh water.
Due to the nature of flowers, and the fundamental of them surviving on the care they receive, Once flowers have left our premise we are not responsible for them once they are out of our care and hands. All flowers going out our doors are fresh, in good condition and sure to last for many days given you look after them once picking up.
